Hi, My name is becca.

I’m a physiotherapist and doula based in North Wales.

Alongside my work as a physiotherapist at CJB Sports Rehab and Massage in Bangor, I am developing my own practice focused on supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the transition into motherhood.

My interest in women’s health began long before I trained as a physiotherapist, and deepened during my studies at Bangor University, where I completed a placement in pelvic health. During my degree I also became a mother myself. Experiencing pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery first-hand eventually led me to train as a doula with Red Tent Doulas.

As The Physio Doula, I offer physiotherapy, doula support, and small community spaces for mothers. Each of these strands of work sits alongside the others, with the shared aim of supporting women through the physical and emotional transition of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.

I live on Anglesey with my husband and our two young boys. I love running by the coast, climbing in the mountains and taking very short dips in very cold water!
