Physiotherapy
I offer physiotherapy appointments through CJB Sports Rehab and Massage in Bangor, where I treat a wide range of injuries and conditions. Alongside general physiotherapy, I have a particular interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and returning to movement after birth. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and shaped by the understanding that recovery — especially in early motherhood — needs to work within the realities of everyday life.

1:1 Postnatal recovery and core rehabilitation
Alongside standard physiotherapy appointments, I also offer one-to-one postnatal recovery sessions for women who aren’t dealing with a specific injury but are looking for individualised support returning to movement after birth.
These sessions can help you:
• rebuild strength in the core and pelvic floor
• reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth
• regain confidence with movement and exercise
• progress safely towards running, sport, or more demanding activity
My approach draws on physiotherapy principles as well as my ongoing training in clinical Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute.
Sessions are tailored to your stage of recovery and your individual goals. Babies are most welcome to join us, however if you have the option of attending alone, you may find you are more able to focus.

Postnatal exercise classes (coming soon)
I am currently developing small postnatal exercise classes, which will run locally in Bangor.
These classes will focus on gentle, progressive strengthening after birth, helping women rebuild core strength, improve mobility, and return to movement in a supportive environment.
More details will be available in the coming months. Follow me on Facebook to receive notifications when the classes are up and running:
